What is Signature Business Rewards?
With Signature Business Rewards, our members can earn points for every dollar they spend on bill payments made through the platform. Members can also use Signature Business Rewards points to pay other bills and expenses, redeem points for rewards with leading brands, or transfer points to use on flights, upgrades and more with participating partners.
Who is eligible to join Signature Business Rewards?
Any AHA NSW member is eligible to join Signature Business Rewards.
How do I sign-up?
Registration is quick and easy. Simply complete your business details and personal information for us to process your application.
Do my details need to be verified to join the program?
Yes, we require identity verification for both you and your business to comply with Australian financial regulations. This helps us keep the platform safe and secure for all users.
If I own multiple businesses with different ABNs, do I need an account for each one?
No, only one login is required for all your businesses. If there are separate owners of each business, an account can be created for each owner. For complex ownership structures, our team can support creating accounts for multiple owners.
What does the program cost?
It is free to join the program and there are no lock in contracts. Program fees are paid per transaction, based on your membership tier (details below), additional transaction fees may be incurred based on your payment method.

How do I earn points?
Points are earnt on every transaction you make in the platform. The number of points you earn is based on your membership tier.
Is there a cap on how many points I can earn?
No, your points earring potential is completely uncapped. The more you spend in the platform, the more points you earn.
What bills can I pay?
You can pay almost any bill in the platform, including supplier invoices, finance payments, ATO payments, payroll, BPAY bills and more. There are some payment types that are blocked in the platform, these include Crypto payments.

Transaction fees are based on your payment method selected.

Are the fees I pay tax deductible?
In many cases, the program fees and fees for transaction processing may be tax-deductible as a business expense. However, tax treatments can vary based on your individual circumstances and local regulations. We do not provide tax advice, so we recommend consulting your accountant or tax adviser to confirm how the fees apply to your specific tax situation.
Do you provide transaction statements for tax purposes?
Yes we do. This can be downloaded from the activity tab in the program.
How long does it take for my funds to reach my payee’s bank account?
PayID payments are processed the same day that the funds have been received from your bank. For all other payments, if your payment is finalised on the platform by 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day:
- Payments made to payees via bank account will settle in up to 3 business days
- Payments made to payees via batch payment will settle in up to 3 business days
- Payments made to payees via credit card will settle in up to 4 business days
- Payments made to BPAY payees via bank account will settle in up to 4 business days
- Payments made to BPAY payees via credit card will settle in up to 3 business days
Please give yourself extra time if making a payment with a specific deadline i.e. ATO or Superannuation, and be aware of the impact of dishonours (especially on weekends or public holidays).Please also be aware that any payment made after 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day may incur an additional day of processing time.
If paying by credit card, do I earn points on the program as well as earning points on my credit card?
Yes you’ll earn points twice: once from your card and again through the platform.
What points do I earn on transactions in the platform?
You earn points on every successful payment you make in the platform. The amount of points you earn is based on your membership tier.
How long does it take for my points to arrive in my account?
If you have made a payment, your points will be allocated to you once the payment has been shown as completed in your activity. This time will be based on the payment method you select.
Do my points expire?
As long as your account is active, defined as making a payment or points redemption activity in the last 12 months, your points will not expire.

Cinema
Redeem your points for Cinema eVouchers, which are valid at a range of participating cinemas across Australia. eVouchers are delivered digitally and can be used when booking online or at the cinema.
eStore
Redeem your points for a wide variety of physical products which are delivered direct to your door by our drop-shipping partner.

What bills can I pay with points?
Any bill that can be paid in the platform can also be paid with points.Points+Pay also allows you to part-pay a bill with points and pay the remaining balance with another payment method. There are some limitations on using Points+Pay payment method:
- You can only use one additional payment method with Points+Pay.
- Currently Points+Pay is unavailable with PayID and scheduled payments.
Are my payments and data secure?
To ensure the security of customers, all personal and financial information is transmitted using the HTTPS protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilising state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. All your data is encrypted at-rest and in-transit, with least privilege access control and best practise security controls in place. We are also ISO 9001 (Quality Standard), ISO 27001 (Information Security Standard), and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified.We are also committed to ensuring that we meet all the requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
