250,000 Bonus Points Offer Terms and Conditions (Offer Terms)

1. 250,000 bonus points offer 
   
   1. This offer commences on 1 August 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 31 October 2026. (Offer Period)
   2. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in clause 2.1, you are eligible to earn 250,000 Business Signature Rewards bonus points, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Offer).
   3. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
   4. This Offer is provided by EonX Services Pty Limited trading as Signature Business Rewards (SBR, we, our or us).
2. Eligibility criteria
   
   1. You will be eligible for the Offer only where you meet all of the following conditions (Eligibility Criteria):
      
      1. Not already be an active Signature Business Rewards member as at the promotion start date, 1 August 2026;
      2. Be an Australian Hotels Association (AHA) member and be eligible to join Signature Business Rewards;
      3. Register for Signature Business Rewards between 1 August and 30 October 2026;
      4. Be under a Platinum, Diamond, or Black program tier
      5. Make the minimum threshold of AUD$1,000,000 of eligible business payments on the platform within the first three months of registration;
      6. Be a current member of Signature Business Rewards at the time of bonus point allocation. Eligibility under these Offer Terms, including the minimum spend threshold in clause 2.1.5, is assessed separately for each Signature Business Rewards account. Each account must meet the spend threshold to qualify for the Offer.
3. Eligible payments
   
   1. Eligible payments are limited to transactions that are settled to a third-party receiver;
   2. Eligible payments must be made under a Platinum, Diamond, or Black program tier;
   3. Ineligible transactions include:
      
      1. Payments that were refunded;
      2. Payments that failed to settle;
      3. Payments made fully or partially with points;
      4. Program fees;
      5. Credit card fees.
4. Issuing of bonus points
   
   1. Signature Business Rewards will issue the 250,000 bonus points within 60 days after eligible members have completed their first three months and meet the requirements. 
   2. Signature Business Rewards will review all eligibility for attaining the bonus points and reserves the right to withhold bonus points where the above criteria have not been met. SBR retains absolute discretion to award, adjust or withhold Bonus Points under this Offer including in circumstances where the Eligibility Criteria have otherwise been met, and this discretion may be exercised without member recourse.
   3. Bonus points under this Offer will be issued at the individual Signature Business Rewards account level. 
5. Program fees
   
   1. Program fees are payable for access to the platform and its full suite of features (including payment processing, reporting, promotions and the rewards program)based on the program tier you choose. Program fees are based on the program tier you select to be on and are charged on every transaction you make through the platform. You can change your program tier at any time with the support of our Relationship Managers.
      
      1. Platinum Tier: 0.95%
      2. Diamond Tier: 1.8%
      3. Black Tier: 3.5%
6. General conditions
   
   1. Signature Business Rewards reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
   2. The standard Signature Business Rewards program Terms and Conditions continue to apply in addition to these Promotion-specific terms, and prevail over these Offer terms to the extent of any inconsistency, except that these Offer Terms prevail in relation to matters specific to this Offer.
   3. Nothing in this Offer, these Offer Terms or any related communication constitutes financial product advice, whether general or personal. Members should consider their own objectives, financial situation and needs, and seek independent advice if required, before acting.
   4. Bonus Points awarded under this Offer have no cash value, are not transferable other than in accordance with the standard Signature Business Rewards program Terms and Conditions, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   5. Personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and SBR’s Privacy Policy, available at https://app.sbrewards.com.au/privacy-policy. By participating in this Offer, you consent to your information being collected, used, and disclosed for the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Offer and issuing Bonus Points.
   6. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
